Website and analytics data
We use aggregate website analytics to understand which pages are being visited, which channels send traffic, and which search queries lead people to the site. This may include page URLs, approximate location, device information, referral source, campaign parameters, impressions, clicks and engagement metrics. We use this to improve the site, assess search visibility and decide what content or partner pages need work.
Google Analytics and Google Search Console provide aggregated reporting. We do not use those tools in CP Sales to identify individual website visitors.
Newsletter and form data
When you subscribe to Agentic Commerce Review, Kit processes your email address and any form fields you submit, such as first name, company and reader segment. We use that information to send the publication, understand audience composition and send more relevant updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Client and partner records
Commerce Partners maintains a private CP Sales system for relationship management, outreach history, partner activity and internal recommendations. It is separate from the public website and protected by sign-in and database access controls. Partner reporting is prepared from aggregate outcomes unless a person has explicitly chosen to engage.
What we do not sell
We do not sell subscriber data, rent the mailing list or provide sponsors with individual subscriber contact details. Survey responses and audience information are reported in aggregate unless we have explicit permission to attribute a response.
Cookies and embeds
The site may use cookies or similar technologies for embedded subscription forms, analytics and basic site operation. Browser settings can restrict cookies, though this may affect embedded forms or analytics measurement.
Your rights
